GENERAL STORES ASSISTANT
SALARY : R144 024 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional qualification: Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Experience: Appropriate trip in a Stores environment. Inherent necessities of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Willingness to rotate inside Supply Chain Section and relieve colleagues. Physically capable to take care of stock. Willing to work beyond regular time on brief notice. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good verbal and written conversation skills
(written/verbal) Computer literacy in MS Office. Ability to work independently and as phase of a team, capability to preserve confidentiality and problem-solving and hostilities administration with appropriate organizational skills. Ability to work in a bodily disturbing environment.
DUTIES : Assist Warehouse Clerk with the managing of stock. Receive and problem goods. Deliver shop inventory to end-users. Rotate shop inventory (first in, first out). Perform sure messenger responsibilities inside the clinic surroundings when required. Clean quite a number stores and non-storage areas inside the major stores. Assist in other
Stores when required. Assist Warehouse Clerk with the taking pictures of
requisitions and difficulty vouchers on the Logis system. Deal with written and or telephonic queries or enquiries with regards to warehouse administration matters. Perform comfort responsibilities as properly as assist to supervisor as required.
