REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: Senior Certificate /Grade 12 (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate ride that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. Inherent requirement: Excellent verbal and written conversation abilities in at least two of the three legit languages of the Western Cape. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience). Good interpersonal members of the family and organizational capabilities and to work underneath pressure. Sound Management, conversation and conflict-handling skills.
DUTIES : To manage, supply and furnish tremendous and environment friendly admin functions. To make certain environment friendly communications and promote clear communications strategies. Effective utilization and manipulate of all bodily resources. Effective utilization of economic resources. Deal with written and or telephonic queries with regards to fixing complaints of customers and/ or refer. Expenditure help to Facility Manager.
