DRIVER (LIGHT DUTY VEHICLE)
SALARY : R107 196 per annum, plus 37% lieu in carrier benefits
CENTRE : Prince Albert Hospital
REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional requirements: Basic literacy (ability to read, write and fundamental numeracy skills). Experience: Appropriate riding experience. Inherent necessities of the job: Valid Code B/EB driver’s licence. After hours standby duties. Ability to elevate heavy items. Must have sober habits. Competencies Knowledge/skills: The capability to talk in two of the three reliable languages in the Western Cape. Ability to receive accountability and duty and to work independently and unsupervised. Knowledge of Transport Regulations.
DUTIES : Transport professional passengers, post, packages, and equipment. Conduct events maintenance, inspection of motors and timeously reporting of defects. Adhere to departmental codes and procedures. Ensure correct completion of logbooks and pursuits administration. Ensure that all automobiles are stored smooth and tidy. Effective shipping and series of all blood products/specimens.
Deliver medication, goods, and tools inside the PGWC. Support and comfort responsibilities to supervisor when required. Perform movements administrative obligations when required and reply to emergencies when necessary.
