SALARY : R138 486 – R163 131 per annum (Level 02)
CENTRE : sixty eight Air School, Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : A minimal of ABET qualification. No experience. Special requirements/ abilities needed: Knowledge of a restrained vary of work methods such as planning and organizing, tools use, meals preparation, etc.
DUTIES : Rendering help with the instruction and serving of food/drinks in all its varieties by: Hygienically practise (i.e. wash, reduce and cook) and serving of food. Preparing and serving tea, espresso and drinks. Supplying water on dining tables. Keeping kitchen, eating corridor and meals storage areas easy and tidy.
Removing all kitchen waste. Packing components acquired in the meals storage areas. Washing and cleansing up after meals. Setting tables (including ornament thereof). Waiting on tables. Ensure solely licensed personnel have access to kitchen and/or eat meals. Ensure serviceability of gear and record any defects or shortages. Apply a excessive widespread of hygiene as nicely as protection measures in work environment.
