REQUIREMENTS : An LLB or any terrific prison qualification for serving prosecutors. At least six years submit qualification prison experience. Demonstrable competency in performing Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Good administration skills. Must have the capacity to act independently or inside minimal supervision. Proficiency in prosecuting, guiding investigation and giving guidelines in complicated or extra tough frequent regulation and statutory offences in Regional and District Court. DUTIES : Manage, educate and supply coaching to and educate prosecutors. Study case dockets, figure out on the group of and habits crook proceedings.
