SALARY : R294 411 – R500 715 per annum, (Salary will be in accordance with OSD determination). The profitable candidate will be required to signal a performance agreement.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor Degree in Social Work or equal qualification which lets in for expert registration with the SACSSP; Appropriate trip in Social Work after registration as Social Worker with the SACSSP; Knowledge and trip in Mediation; Court Experience in rendering assume Evidence; Knowledge and utility of Family Law, inclusive of Mediation in positive Divorce Matters Act, Children’s Act, Maintenance Act and Domestic Violence Act (inclusive of Hague Convention on International Child Abduction); A legitimate drivers’ license. Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy; Communication (written and verbal) skills; Mediation, Interviewing and fighting resolution; Evaluation and record writing skills; Diversity and combat management; Attention to detail.

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Conduct mediation and/or inquiries as phase of a multidisciplinary crew in custody, access, guardianship, baby abduction and associated household regulation disputes; Evaluate data and assemble forensic courtroom reviews and make hints to the high-quality pastime of adolescents in household regulation disputes; Act as specialist witness for the Family Advocate in Court; Network and habits attention campaigns related to the features and position of the Office of the Family Advocate; Conduct inquiries, interview events and supply references in household regulation disputes to townships and rural areas.
