REQUIREMENTS : A National Senior Certificate. No experience, however, publicity in the surroundings will be an advantage. Knowledge: Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as nicely as the capability to seize data, function pc and amassing statistics. Knowledge and grasp of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of working tactics in phrases of the working environment.
DUTIES : Render regular clerical assist services: Record, organise, store, seize and retrieve correspondence and records (line function). Update registers and statistics. Handle hobbies enquiries. Make photocopies and get hold of or ship facsimiles. Distribute documents/packages to a variety of stakeholders as required. Collect documents/packages from a number stakeholders as required. Keep and preserve the submitting gadget for the component. Type letters and/or different correspondence when required. Keep and keep the incoming and outgoing record register of the component. Provide provide chain clerical help offerings inside the component: Liaise with inner and exterior stakeholders in relation to procurement of items and services. Obtain quotations, whole procurement varieties for the buying of preferred workplace items. Provide personnel administration clerical assist offerings inside the
component: Keep and preserve personnel data in the component. Arrange journeying and accommodation. Support the administration of payroll and distribution of payslips. Ensure the distribution of belongings and equipment.
