JOB DESCRIPTION
An Assistant Manager is to blame for relieving the Store Manager in their absence and assists in retaining enterprise requirements of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Banking of cash
Relieve save supervisor
Maintain organisation requirements of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and protection
Ensure compliance of all business enterprise tactics
Assist save supervisor in administration of staff
Ensure the front cease controls are in region
Oversee the money workplace
Minimize inventory loss Customer Service
Introduce income initiatives to reach shop targets
QUALIFICATIONS
Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level four
Previous ride managing human beings
Previous ride managing a branch
Previous apparel retail ride would be enormously effective
