Purpose of the Job
The Assistant Designate Manager performs a pivotal function in helping the Management Team of the save and getting to know the operational and management elements of jogging a Checkers store. This role is designed to equip you with the expertise and capabilities fundamental to manipulate shop operations correctly and foster a stellar purchaser experience.

Learn and follow the standards of wonderful save management.
Assist in riding income and profitability whilst upholding the absolute best requirements of patron service
Contribute to the recruitment, education and improvement of crew members.
Support operation initiatives in accordance with the business enterprise insurance policies and procedures.
Participate in stock administration and merchandising techniques to optimize sales.
Ensure high quality housekeeping, Health and Safety.
Qualifications
Grade 12/Matric
A diploma/degree in Business Management/HR or associated subject is advantageous.
Experience
Previous journey in retail of purchaser provider roles is preferred.
Proven journey in a managerial function in any retailer
Knowledge and Skills
Strong management viable with the capability to encourage and assist crew members.
Excellent verbal exchange and interpersonal skills.
Analytical questioning with the potential to resolve troubles creatively.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
