REQUIREMENTS : LLB diploma or diagnosed 4 years prison qualification. Skills and Competencies: Legal lookup and drafting; Case float management; Estate duties; Trust; Dispute resolution; Communication capabilities (verbal and written); Problem solving; Customer focus; Attention to details; Computer literacy.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Administer deceased and Insolvent Estates, Curatorships, Trusts and all factors associated to the administration thereof Determine and examine Estate obligations in phrases of the Estate Duties Act; Conduct lookup and draft prison documents; Render administrative features of the office.
