Job Purpose: The function consists of offering telephonic or specific media-based client service and making certain nicely timed resolution of consumer queries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming/outgoing consumer calls and queries in adherence to famous working procedures.

Qualifications:
Grade 12 qualification.
Must no longer be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
Experience:
Previous experience in a title centre environment.
Experience in long-term insurance plan format patron service.
Handling buyer queries by means of the usage of email or smartphone associated to insurance amendments.
