Introduction
SPAR South Rand is searching for a suitably certified and skilled Accounts Payable Controller to be a part of their dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Based in Jet Park, the cause of the role is to manipulate the Creditors enter processing crew and features that consist of digital Drop shipment and Warehouse.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Manage the Creditors price crew and hold housekeeping
Ensure compliance and implementation of interior controls and procedures, VAT compliance
Assist with the documentation strategies in Creditors
Liaise with suppliers and inner departments in relation to queries
Facilitate and habits new suppliers’ structures and educate on claims
Ensure filing/archiving of all applicable documentation
Assist with inside and exterior audits
Data analysis
Compile daily, weekly and month-end reviews along with EDI, claims and all things associated to information capture/input
Assist in the administration and enchancment of the workflow in the department
Prepare, take a look at and procedure Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) payment
Assist with departmental and commercial enterprise projects
Ad hoc duties
Desired Experience & Qualification
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Grade 12 with Maths and/or Accounting or equal qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification
Minimum of 5 years applicable FMCG ride in Finance
Minimum of three years journey in a supervisory/managerial role
Strong pc capabilities and superior Excel essential
Knowledge of lenders structures and methods essential
Highly numerical and have interest to detail
Ability to liaise professionally with suppliers and body of workers at all levels
Ability to work except supervision and meet strict deadlines
Knowledge of economic structures (AS400 and SAP) an advantage
Leadership skills
