REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional qualification: General training and Training Certificate (GETC) Grade nine (Std 7). Experience: Appropriate trip in a Large-Scale Industrial Food Service Unit. Inherent requirement of the job: Straight shift however required to work late name and weekends 1 in 6. Required to work night time shifts (24/7) services. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Ability to manage industrial equipment. Dress in accordance to Departmental specifications. DUTIES : Assist the Manager with Human and Financial Resource Management (Responsible for subordinates quarterly SPMS reporting, coaching allocation, leave, self-discipline and inventory manage of the Recon Kitchen). Communicate with sufferers and ward personnel to grant remarks of any issues and suggestions to the meals provider manager. Supervise FSA’s in the going for walks of a reconstitution/kitchen and the night time obligation meals carrier aid’s in the Main Kitchen from 18h30-06h30.
