FOOD SERVICES SUPERVISOR
SALARY : R171 537 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum academic qualification: Grade 9 (Std. 7) / General Education and Training Certificate (GETC). Experience: Appropriate catering and meals offerings ride in an industrial Food Service unit. Inherent requirement of the job: Ability to work shifts, along with weekends and public holidays. Valid code EB driver’s license. Ability to speak correctly (verbal and written) in at least two of the three professional languages of the Western Cape. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel). Knowledge of hygiene and security procedures. The incumbent need to be capable to work independently and below pressure. Knowledge and capabilities of procurement practices. Report writing and numerical skills.
DUTIES : Supervision of operational necessities inside meals carrier unit. Responsible for making sure fantastic manage and chance management. Responsible for the human assets feature in relation to the meals carrier component. Assist with the finance elements referring to to the meals offerings component. In residence education of meals offerings group in all elements bearing on to day by day tasks.
