REQUIREMENTS : A three-year National Diploma/B Degree in Financial Management. 3-5 years’ applicable ride in economic administration surroundings of which three years must be in Financial Systems. Skills/Knowledge: 3-5 years’ ride as a gadget controller i.r.o BAS and different associated monetary systems. Experience in Vulindlela MIS and Safety internet systems. DUTIES : System Controller functions: Facilitate and oversee the gadget controller features i.r.o BAS and associated systems. Facilitate availability and deployment of the Vulindlela MIS. Facilitate processing of interface and operations of related gadget applications. Facilitate administration characteristic of Safety
web system. Implement and preserve the departmental chart of debts (Code structure). Batch Control: Facilitate batch manage procedure in phrases of safeguarding of economic records. Reporting: Timeous submission of entire and correct inputs on scheduled duties and enquiries (Ex: 30-day document and trial balance). Training: Facilitate education interventions in phrases of BAS performance and liaison with National Treasury. Provide in-house education on
code shape in phrases of SCOA.
