HR PRACTITIONER: PM & HRD “REF NO: HRP PM&HRD”

SALARY : R294 321 per annum
CENTRE : Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma (NQF 6) in Human Resource Management / Development / Public Administration / Public Management or related. A minimal of two years’ journey in Human Resource Management or Development environment. Experience working on PERSAL would be an brought advantage. Computer literacy with information and trip of Microsoft workplace packages. Possess abilities in Project Management, Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, Communication (verbal & Non-Verbal), Problem-solving, Planning, Organising and Technical Proficiency.

DUTIES : Facilitate implementation of HR insurance policies techniques and plans. Provide pointers for the enchancment of present insurance policies techniques systems, plans, procedures and techniques in the key areas such as the Performance Management System, Training and Development Programmes, Internal and External Bursaries and/or Scholarships, Recognition of Prior Learning, Workplace Skills Plan and extra education plans and Internship Programme. Develop standardised templates, schedules, and registers to support implementation processes. Conduct lookup on applicable things and propose on new trends. Conduct awareness, advocacy, and training. Implement and preserve systems, processes, and procedures. Facilitate the submission of Agreements / Assessments / Personal Development Plans, the moderation process, and the PM results method (Improvement Plans / Pay Progression & Cash Awards). Conduct and/or coordinate education interventions. Maintain statistical evaluation templates. Develop/maintain HR systems. Develop / sketch databases. Capture / replace statistics on applicable systems. Maintain difficult reproduction submitting systems. Maintain digital submitting systems. Safe preserving of personnel records. Communicate with stakeholders, clients, administration & colleagues. Draft everyday correspondence such as response letters, emails, repute reports, memos, presentations, and submissions. Give recommendation on procedural and technical associated things in recognize of human sources development/performance administration associated policies, techniques and things to make sure compliance. Conduct formal displays at some stage in consciousness workshops/meetings. Provide logistical aid offerings via arranging meetings, venues, and refreshments (includes procurement process). Arrange transport and serve as secretariat on HR meetings.
