THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an probability for an skilled Senior Creditors Clerk to be a part of our Finance team. The reason of this position is to oversee all lenders in the location of responsibility.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly administration of creditors.
Obtain all invoices from suppliers.
Capture invoices from suppliers.
Prepare and keep month-to-month recons of suppliers’ statements to Age evaluation (AP).
Prepare repayments based totally on month-to-month recons.
Adhere to price deadlines.
Liaise with suppliers on a normal basis.
Liaise with Regional Management and Operations.
Ensure full fee authorisation system is followed
Assist Supervisor with advert hoc tasks
REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

Matric.
2 years trip working on MS Excel (intermediate-level).
Accounting understanding and lenders experience.
3 years trip in a comparable role
Desirable:

Sage X3 experience.
Accounting as a situation in Matric.
Relevant finance qualification.
Experience in the lenders process.
