REQUIREMENTS : Masters’ Degree in Industrial Psychology; Registration as (Industrial) Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA); A legitimate code B using licence. DUTIES : Develop, information and recommend on complicated theories and fashions in order to beautify behavioural, crew and organisational behaviour; Responsible to operate psychometric and different assessments in order to decide the manageable and/or suitability for training, improvement and recruitment and to decide individual, crew and organisational effectiveness; Advise on institutional enchancment and improvement based totally on surveys; Advise on development of policies; Design and improve evaluation tools; Report on IP research; Develop tradition interventions to enhance organisational performance; Apply paradigms, theories and fashions to decorate organisational behaviour; Assess organisational behaviour dynamics; Conduct surveys and assessments; Facilitate and put into effect Western Cape Government Transversal Culture Programme; Perform institutional diagnostic surveys; Reporting.
