SALARY : R241 485 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 Certificate, a three-year Bachelor’s diploma or a three-year National diploma in Human Resource Management or equal qualification (NQF degree 6 or 7 as acknowledged through SAQA) with 1 12 months ride in Human Resource environment. Generic Competencies: Quality of work. Reliability. Initiative. Interpersonal Relations. Teamwork. Planning and Execution. Technical competencies: In-depth understanding in Recruitment and Selection norms and standards. Public Service Management Framework. Human Resource Matters.

DUTIES : The profitable candidate will function the following duties: Coordinate the recruitment and resolution processes. Perform administrative functions. Process documentation and file keeping. Verification of applications.
