DUTIES : The profitable candidate will function the following duties: Conduct assessments of the devolution of powers and features to nearby authorities by using country wide and provincial authorities and the division of powers and features between nearby and district municipalities. Collect facts and statistics and produce lookup reviews on the devolution, division and administration of powers and functions. Compile draft reviews on the effectiveness and correctly of insurance policies on the administration of powers and functions. Consolidate inputs for coverage and legislative improvement and/or amendment. Conduct lookup and evaluation on country wide intervention in provincial administration, and provincial intervention in neighborhood government, and draft frameworks. Respond to queries from stakeholders.
