SALARY : R811 560 per annum (Level 11), (an all-inclusive remuneration package)

REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 Certificate, a three-year Bachelor’s diploma or a three-year National diploma in Political Science, Development Studies, Public Administration/ Public Management, or equal qualification (NQF degree 6/7 as acknowledged by means of SAQA) with three to 5 years’ ride in the applicable field. Additional necessities (Advantage) Information Management System (PRIMNET), informed in MS Excel and MS Word. Generic Competencies: Planning and organising. Coordination. Problem fixing and choice making. Project management. People administration and empowerment. Client orientation and consumer focus. Team leadership. Diversity management. Communication (verbal and written). Technical Competencies: In-depth information and understanding: Legislation Governing Planning and Performance Management, Data Collection, Analysis, and document writing, Research methodology, Strategic planning processes.
DUTIES : The profitable candidate will function the following duties: Develop dialogue files for approach development. Manage and consolidate reviews for the execution of the strategy. Monitor and replace the facts administration machine (PRIMNET) on strategic planning and reporting. Conduct periodic hole evaluation on the implementation of annual overall performance plan. Develop provider shipping model, carrier enchancment design and provider shipping charter. Develop, implement, and preserve a monitoring, reporting, and contrast machine for provincial COGTA’s. Facilitate organizational overall performance reporting to the applicable structures. Provide technical help for strategic planning processes.
