REQUIREMENTS : Applicants need to be in a possession of a Grade 12 Certificate. Minimum of three years’ trip in logistics and transport. DUTIES : Facilitate authorisation Logistical Information System (LOGIS) requests. Safeguard procurement or order parcels. Maintain dealer banking details. Coordinate Safenet and Vat Vendor status. Coordinate lining of suppliers to services. Coordinate linking of right ammounts to offerings to be rendered. Facilitate authorisation of requests and advent of procurement advices. Maintain quotations and device generated contracts. Supervise and administer furnish chain and standard clerical services. Ensure liaison with purchaser workplaces and suppliers related to queries. Ensure ageing of orders for handy referencing. Maintain outgoing record register from Logistics. Monitor zero – 9 filing. Supervise reconciliation of invoices with LOGIS orders for payment. Supervise and undertake logistical aid services. Check, region and affirm orders for goods. Receive and affirm items from suppliers. Capture and make certain that items are captured in registers and databases. Receive request for items from quit users. Issue items to cease users. Check and keep items registers. Update and make certain the renovation of the registers of suppliers. Supervise and approve of A Complete and Comprehensive Program for Accounting Control (ACCPAC) Requisitions. Supervise, acquire and register ACCPAC requisition parcels. Ensure compliance on obtained parcels. Ensure that statistics is captured on the system. Verify billing bills for correctness. Supervise and approve requisition and forwarding for Purchase Order authorisation. Supervise and ship out Purchase Orders to suppliers and Project Officers.
