REQUIREMENTS : Applicants need to be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Human Resource Management / Public Management / Public Administration. Minimum of three years of trip at supervisory degree in Transformation Management environment. Job associated knowledge: Practical expertise of transformation initiatives of government. Practical lookup skills. Practical implementation information of applicable acts and policies. Ability to generate a statistical report. Job associated skills: Computer literacy. Interpersonal skills. Communication competencies (verbal and written). Organisational skills. Project administration skills. Conflict administration skills. Financial administration skills. A legitimate driver’s licence.
DUTIES : Monitor the implementation of the Employment Equity Plan. Monitor Employment Equity Plan quarterly and render recommendation to stakeholders. Compile and publish employment fairness reviews to stakeholders. Compile and post quarterly and annual Employment Equity reviews to all stakeholders (e.g. Management, Department of Labour etc.) Provide recommendation and administrative aid to the Departmental Employment Equity Forums. Provide recommendation and render administrative assist to all Employment Equity Consultative Forums and to make sure appropriate session on transformation issues. Advise senior managers on implementation of Cabinet selection to enhance illustration of human beings with disabilities and girls at Senior Management Services level. Support the implementation of Transformation Strategy. Support the implementation of Transformation Strategy and to gain transformation goals, eg. Diversity Management Programme. Facilitate the alignment of employment insurance policies and programmes to help the implementation of transformation imperatives. Facilitate and analyse the alignment of employment policies, practices, procedures, and programmes quarterly to assist the implementation of transformation imperatives, e.g behavior employment and working surroundings analysis.
