REQUIREMENTS : Applicants need to be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate. Minimum of 1 12 months trip in the cadastral data system. Job associated knowledge: A thorough understanding of the present Cadastral Information System. Knowledge of the functioning of the Surveyor General’s Office. Computer literacy in a Cadastral Survey environment. Job associated skills: Computer skills. Archiving skills. Good inter-personal skills. Organisational skills. Supervisory skills. Ability to work below pressure.
DUTIES : Provide help offerings to technical and expert staff. Assist in retrieval and submitting of documents. Report any blunders on or harm of files and aid in the rectification procedure thereof. Report any blunders in digital files and help in the rectification technique thereof. Provide fundamental administrative help to the part e.g. shops inventory, asset management, area notices. Assist in printing, copying and scanning of documents. Provide guide in the education technique of junior and new workforce members. Supply maps and pix to interior and exterior clients. Supply Topographical facts such as Maps and Orthophotos to purchasers over the counter or with the aid of post. Provide cadastral files and related data in challenging copies and digital format. Provide difficult copies of diagrams, General Plans, Compilation Plans, Survey Records and Sectional Plans. Provide digital copies of diagrams, General Plans, Survey Records and Sectional Plans. Complete a proforma bill for the series of revenue. Check fee earlier than releasing information. Provide property description updates to clients.
