REQUIREMENTS : Applicants should be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate and a four-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Survey / Geomatics. Compulsory registration with South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) as Professional Surveyor on appointment. Compulsory registration with South African Geomatics Council (SAGC) as Professional Land Surveyor to operate cadastral surveys. Minimum of three years publish qualification survey experience. DUTIES : Plan and operate surveys to clear up realistic survey troubles (challenges) to enhance effectivity and beautify safety. Investigate purposes on new and present technologies. Plan and operate surveys of a complicated nature. Develop fee advantageous options and approve surveys in accordance to prescribed necessities / standards. Promote protection in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. Evaluate present technical manuals, wellknown drawings and methods to include new technology. Provide expert advisory and assist services. Develop smooth specifications. Provide human capital improvement services. Ensure education and improvement of candidate expert surveyors to promote capabilities / know-how switch and adherence to sound survey ideas and code of practice. Supervise the survey work and processes. Administer overall performance administration and development. Render workplace administration and budgeting planning. Manage resources, put together and consolidate inputs for the facilitation of aid utilisation. Ensure adherence to rules and approaches for procurement and personnel administration. Monitor and manage expenditure. Report on expenditure and carrier delivery. Conduct lookup and development.
